INNOVATIVE IN-HOUSE VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Iconic Hotels Academy is an innovative in-house vocational training program launched by Abode Hotels in 2014 to help our employees further develop their careers. Now delivered in conjunction with Access Recognised Training, Iconic Hotels Academy develops a comprehensive training model that aligns with each individual employee’s needs, experience and aspirations. Staff are provided with all the training and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles, both now and into the future. The flow-on benefits of delivering first-class hospitality training is that it enables our staff to provide the highest possible level of service for all guests. An impressive thirty per cent of Iconic Hotels by Geocon’s staff members have completed training since the academy’s inception – with many more to come.

Qualifications
Iconic Hotels Academy offers qualifications ranging from a Certificate III and IV in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery and Business up to a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
