As General Manager of Iconic Hotels, with over 25 years of hospitality and development experience, Brett leads the hotel division for Geocon.

Specialising in hotel portfolio management, refurbishments, and hotel openings in previous roles throughout Australia, Singapore, Denmark, and New Zealand.

Brett leads the hotel team and is responsible for overseeing the operational processes & systems, financial results, cost management strategies, sales and marketing campaigns and future development opportunities. Brett is actively committed to driving our business culture with an innovative thinking approach and a best-in-class mindset across all areas of the hotel business.
